On Tuesday, June 7, 2022, Colby Dean Tucker, age 25, of Banks County, GA, was arrested on one count of Sexual Exploitation of Children (Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material), one count of Sexual Exploitation of Children (Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material) by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation’s Child Exploitation and Computer Crimes (CEACC) Unit. The GBI reports the arrest of a 25 year-old Banks County man: there are child porn charges for Colby Tucker, who was arrested at his home in Banks County.
